Fork & Fork:etc.
It was a little more than a decade ago when restaurateur Ellen Yin approached us with her idea for what would become the Philadelphia restaurant sensation Fork. We helped her develop the name, brand mark, and a full menu of marketing communications to capture the restaurant’s sophistication and elegance.
Paragraph then helped Yin extend the restaurant’s reach by creating Fork:etc., a sub-brand combining a gourmet take-out spot, charcuterie, and specialty market, immediately adjacent to the landmark restaurant.

Most recently, Paragraph worked with Ellen Yin and Temple University press to create Forklore: Recipes and Tales from an American Bistro. The book highlights her successes and challenges over the past ten years and is filled with many wonderful recipes and delicious tidbits.
